Atelier Mudra conscience de l’espace 11/12 novembre

Often our mind is scattered. Our thoughts are all over the place except truly present in our body and in space. Being present in the moment and remaining aware of our body, emotions and mind, is not easy. This is even more true in intense situations. But being authentically present can be worked out!

Mudra Space Awareness offers meditative exercises to practice and explore just that: being present to what is, no matter how intense or uncertain. This physical form of meditation practice aims to bridge the gap between sitting meditation and the challenges of everyday life by training open, embodied awareness. Mudra Space Awareness sharpens mental focus, aligns body and mind, and promotes imagination and making a creative connection with each other and the world.
